Refund policy

 

At AMO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product, and we will either provide a replacement product, credit note, or issue a refund to your original form of payment. However, the customer is responsible for the postage or shipping costs in order to send the package back to us! 
  • Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods on hand, as we may need them for the claim process. To file a claim, just email us at info.amobymish@gmail.com

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges for non-damaged products at this time.
